❤️ Status update: The deactivation of options and futures has presented some unexpected complexities, resulting in some issues that led to a maintenance delay but all is being presently resolved. Here's a summary of the concerns being tackled: 1. TF-FSN Conversion: We're currently unable to perform an automatic conversion to FSN due to the absence of TF assets this year. Will be done manually. 2. Redeemable FSN-CO: Similarly, automatic restoration isn't feasible as TF assets are not supported this year. Rest assured, all users with unexercised options will be assisted. 3. Non-appearance of the pop-up screen: There are instances where the pop-up screen fails to appear due to the absence of TF liquidity pools or options, or when numerous pools cause a delay. Please rest assured that our team is diligently working to address these matters. ALL funds are there, nothing has been lost and while it does require additional time, we are actively resolving these concerns including all tickets raised with the admins.
